Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to define key metrics.
• Create and maintain core metrics dashboards.
• Help inform product decisions through data.
• Design and implement an A/B testing framework from the ground up.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S. or Ph.D in Math, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Matlab, R, Numpy/Scipy.
• Experience using Hadoop.  (Bonus for Pig, Hive, Dumbo, MrJob)
• Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL solutions. 
• Strong desire to feed data driven development.
• Experience in data visualization.
• Experience using A/B tests to measure feature performance.

Ideally

• Expertise in Python.
• Expertise with MongoDB or similar document-oriented data stores.
• Experience working on a high traffic web application.
